CONDITIONS WE TREAT

A More Intentional Approach to Mental Health Conditions

I support adults navigating a wide range of mental health concerns. Many people seek care when symptoms like anxiety, burnout, or difficulty concentrating begin to affect daily life.

As part of my telehealth practice, I provide personalized psychiatric care for adults and mental health resources in MA. My goal is to help you better understand your mental health and explore treatment options that align with your needs.

Common Areas of Support

Anxiety

Persistent worry, racing thoughts, physical tension, or a constant feeling of being on edge can make ordinary moments feel exhausting. Anxiety often disrupts sleep, concentration, and overall well-being. For some, obsessive thoughts or compulsive patterns add another layer, making it hard to feel at ease in their own mind.

Depression

Depression can look different for everyone. It may show up as persistent sadness, low motivation, fatigue, or difficulty finding joy in things that once felt meaningful.  Whatever it looks like for you, you don't have to carry it alone.

ADHD, Inattention, Brain Fog

Difficulty focusing, staying organized, or following through on tasks can affect your confidence, your relationships, and your sense of self. Whether you've lived with ADHD your whole life or are only now recognizing the signs, clarity and support are possible.

Burnout

When chronic stress goes unaddressed for too long, it can leave you feeling completely depleted — emotionally, mentally, and physically. Burnout isn't a personal failure. It's a signal that something deeper needs attention, and it deserves real care.

Mood Changes

Mood swings, irritability, emotional sensitivity, or unexplained shifts in how you feel can make everyday situations harder to navigate and strain the relationships that matter most. Understanding what's driving those changes is the first step toward feeling more like yourself.

Life Stress and Adjustment Challenges

Major transitions, ongoing responsibilities, grief, relationship changes, or simply the weight of everyday life can take a real toll on mental health. You don't have to be in crisis to deserve support — sometimes life just gets hard, and that's enough.

Trauma

Trauma can leave a lasting imprint - shaping how you think, feel, and move through the world long after the experience itself has passed. Whether you've lived through a single overwhelming event or years of ongoing stress, trauma deserves to be met with patience, compassion, and care that truly understands its depth.

Mental health symptoms rarely exist in isolation. Anxiety, depression, attention challenges, and mood concerns may be influenced by many factors, including lifestyle, biology, environment, and health history.

I integrate traditional psychiatry with functional medicine principles to explore both symptoms and potential underlying contributors to mental health concerns.
